Video and Visual FX

The School of Film, Video and Visual FX at Collins College offers degree programs designed for students wanting to pursue careers in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, Cinematography, and Film and Television Production.

The new Film & Video Center gives students the opportunity to learn in an environment modeled after a professional film studio. Students will have access to professional video and audio production studios, as well as two sound stages. A 2,000-square-foot screening room theater with seating for 200 allows students to showcase their creations to a wide audience.

Whether you choose the Digital Video Production degree program or the Film/Video Production degree program at our School of Film, Video and Visual FX, you can appreciate our small class sizes, hands-on instruction and focused attention. As a student, you can have access to industry current labs, computers, software and hardware.
